What does BuyerArc do?

BuyerArc finds business prospects that match your ideal customer, emails them a first-touch message from your own mailbox, reads and classifies replies with AI, and surfaces the hot leads for your team to close.

What counts as a “lead” in my plan?

Plan limits are leads reached per day — new prospects we find and email for you. That’s outreach delivered, not a guarantee of replies, meetings, or qualified leads, which depend on your offer and targeting.

Do emails send from my address or yours?

From yours. BuyerArc connects to your own Microsoft 365 mailbox and sends on your behalf, so messages come from your real domain — better for trust and deliverability than shared infrastructure.

How do you protect my domain and deliverability?

We verify recipients before sending, pace sends to about one per minute, keep a permanent suppression list, and automatically pause outreach if your bounce or spam-complaint rate gets risky — protecting the reputation of the mailbox your business runs on.

Can I write my own emails, or does AI write them?

Either. By default the AI personalizes each email, or you can switch a campaign to “use my own draft” and provide your own subject and body with merge tokens like {{firstName}} and {{company}}.

How does billing work, and can I cancel?

Paid plans are billed monthly and renew automatically. You can cancel anytime from your billing portal; cancellation stops future renewals at the end of the current period. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

Is it one account per subscription?

Yes. Each subscription is a single account — there are no seats or team members to manage.

Is cold outreach legal and compliant?

BuyerArc gives you the compliance tooling — sender identification, suppression lists, and one-click unsubscribe. You are the sender, so you’re responsible for having a lawful basis to contact prospects and for following laws like CAN-SPAM and GDPR.

What does BuyerArc access in my mailbox?

Only what’s needed to run outreach: sending your messages and reading replies on the conversations it started. Access tokens are encrypted at rest, and you can disconnect your mailbox at any time.

Where is my data stored, and is it secure?

We encrypt sensitive secrets at rest, enforce role-based access and tenant isolation, and keep a tamper-evident audit log of privileged actions. See our Privacy Policy for details.

How do I reset my password or get support?

Use “Forgot your password?” on the sign-in page (our team will reset it and email you a new one), or contact us anytime — we’re happy to help.
